Every Easter Monday different pilgrimages are celebrated by the region. Pilgrimages to the hermitages of the Virgin of the Alegría (Monzón, Pueyo and Alfántega), the Virgin of the Piety (Kitchen garden of San Juan), Virgin of Terreu (Pomar, Estiche and Santalecina) and San Elías's Hermitage (Valcarca).

Formerly the pilgrims were in chariots and decked-out wagons, now replaced by modern vehicles. In the vicinity of the shrine, traditional Aragonese games are played as well as food-tasting of typical local products.
